Orders & payment
How can I pay?
You can pay online using any of the options shown at checkout, or choose cash on delivery (a ₹25 COD fee applies).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but you can return it after delivery.
I made a mistake in my address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately and we'll try to update it before your order is dispatched.
Shipping & delivery
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver pan-India. We don't ship internationally at the moment.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. Cash on delivery orders have a ₹25 COD fee.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM are dispatched the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take a little longer.
How do I track my order?
We'll send you tracking details by email or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.
Exchanges & returns
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Yes. Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free pickup from your address. Your new size or colour is dispatched once the returned item passes a quality check.
Can I return an item for a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, with free pickup. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the item passes our quality check: to your original payment method for prepaid orders, or by UPI/bank transfer for cash on delivery orders.
What condition does the item need to be in?
Unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
I received a damaged or wrong item. What now?
We're sorry! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Size & fit
How do I find my size?
Check our Size & Fit Guide, or tap Size & Fit Guide on any product page to see the chart for that style. Measurements are body measurements in inches. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
Which sizes do you offer?
Most styles come in S to 5XL. Rayon Pants with Belt are available in S to XXL.
Do your pants have pockets?
Our Lounge Pants and Rayon Pants with Belt have two side pockets, and our Rayon Palazzos have a side pocket.
Fabric & care
How should I wash my Averno pieces?
Lounge Pants and our rayon styles can be gently machine washed in cold water. Chikankari Cotton Palazzos should be hand washed only, to protect the embroidery. See full instructions on our Fabric & Care page or in the Fabric & Care tab on each product.
